RETAINERS

Every appointment requires a retainer to book and confirm your spot. The amount isn't fixed; it depends on the service and artist you book, and you'll see it before you confirm. Your retainer goes toward the total cost of your treatment, and the remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.

The retainer holds the time we set aside just for you, so it's non-refundable, and cancelling or not showing up means it's forfeited. Please feel sure before you book.

All retainers are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Because of the nature of the work and the time each appointment takes, we don't give refunds on completed services. No exceptions.
