OUR MISSION

ÊVO was created for people who want to recognize themselves again — not a trend, not a version of someone else.

In an industry that often moves fast and loud, we chose to slow down. To look closer. To care more about how work settles into the skin, how it ages, and how it feels to live with over time.

Our mission is simple, but not easy:
to deliver permanent makeup that feels natural, considered, and genuinely personal.

That means taking the time to understand each face, each client, and each decision. It means choosing restraint when others choose excess. It means valuing judgment just as much as technique.

The same philosophy extends into our academy. We train artists not just to perform a service, but to think critically, work responsibly, and build careers rooted in quality rather than shortcuts.

At every level — client care, artist training, and brand standards — ÊVO exists to prove that permanent makeup can be done with intention, realism, and long-term integrity.

Founder · Master Artist · Educator

ÊVO began with frustration.

As a client, Keysi searched for permanent makeup that felt believable — brows that looked like real hair, work that blended into the face instead of sitting on top of it. What she found instead were results that felt heavy, stylized, or disconnected from the person wearing them.

That gap stayed with her.

Coming from a background in sketching and oil painting realism, Keysi was used to studying faces closely — noticing balance, light, depth, and proportion. When she discovered permanent makeup, it felt like a medium with enormous potential, but one that was often rushed or overdone.

So she approached it the way she approached art.

She studied facial structure. She slowed the process down. She focused on realism, restraint, and how work would look not just immediately, but years later. Nano brows / nanoblading became her focus — not as a trend, but as a way to create natural, skin-respecting permanent makeup that could actually age well.

Over time, that approach became a standard.

Today, ÊVO is both a permanent makeup studio and an advanced PMU academy, built around the same philosophy that started it all: work should look natural, feel considered, and belong to the face it’s on. Every artist trained at ÊVO learns to think before they work, to respect the skin, and to understand why a design choice is made — not just how to execute it.

ÊVO exists because of that original gap — and the belief that permanent makeup can be done with care, realism, and long-term intention.
