Appointments
ÊVO operates under advanced aesthetic design protocols shaped by advanced training, years of hands-on experience, and corrective expertise.
Consultations are not required. However, a virtual consultation can be requested. Artist tier selection replaces consultations and reflects experience level, technical oversight, and case complexity.
Clients with previous permanent makeup, corrective needs, or specific outcome concerns are advised to book with a Senior or Master Artist.
Eligibility is confirmed before service. All policies apply.

PRIOR WORK
Please DO NOT continue scheduling an appointment if you have previous work on the treated area. You MUST send a photo for consideration via text to 786-745-7534. If an appointment is booked without approval, your retainer will be forfeited if it is determined that we cannot work on the area.

RETAINER INFORMATION
A retainer is required to secure your appointment and will be applied towards the balance of your treatment. Please note that the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should you have any questions regarding booking, please text us before booking an appointment.
If you wish to pay for your treatment with a financing plan, please process the financing plan first and then reserve your appointment. For more information regarding financing plans, please click here.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
To ensure we provide the best experience and availability for all our clients, we ask that rescheduling/cancellations be made at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid an early cancellation fee of $250. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, your retainer is non-refundable for your appointment.
Rescheduling/cancellations made within this timeframe allow us to offer the time slot to another client and maintain our dedication to serving with care and precision. If cancellations are made after this window, the cancellation fee will apply to honor the time reserved for you.
‘No-call no-shows’ or same-day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service to the card on file—no exceptions.
